RETURN POLICY

The Client may return the product ordered within 14 days upon the order with no additional reason.

In order for the Client to be eligible for a refund, the goods must be unused (undamaged, uncleaned, and correct) and in the same condition in which they were sent by Black Swan Jewels. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order for the Client to return the goods, the goods must be sent to: Black Swan Jewels, Nova Virska 8, Bolec, 11307 Belgrade, Serbia. The Client shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless BSJ agrees to bear it. Upon receipt of the returned goods and after reviewing the same, BSJ will send an email to notify the Cliennt that it has received the returned goods. It will also notify the Client of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the complaint is approved, BSJ shall promptly refund the payment of the order received from the Buyer not later than 14 days from the day the product was returned.
